Highest coolant temperature you’ve seen?
I have the Torque app installed, and I monitor the coolant and oil temperatures (and a few others) realtime while driving.
The highest I’ve seen my coolant temp go up to is about 103 Celsius (aggressively driving uphill on some twisty roads).
Whats the highest you’ve seen on your car for coolant temp?

100 C Coolant and 100 C oil temp. Coolant cycles between 96 C to 100 C throughout a spirited drive. Oil temp takes at least 20 minutes to catch up to coolant temp and is fairly stable once peak is reached.
Readings are from the Torque app.

Like @Craaaazzy - 230 F (110 C) on a cool day going slow in town, lots of stops and starts at low speed.
I was close to pulling over if it went any higher and pop the hood to look for leaks. Don't want to lose the engine because of a brittle plastic pipe!
I have the coolant at max level now and the highest I get now is 220 F (104 C) , which is rare. That is where I set my first Torque visual alert. Sound alert is set to 230 F.
