I bought Jag 6 days ago and I’m discovering new problems every day.
Horn is not working, I located fuse box, changed it and moment I press the horn, it burns it. There has to be some type of negative to positive situation that’s burning it.
im also constantly getting SOS
and hazard lights also not shutting down I guess
(have to restart) battery often.
Was it from a dealer? Take it straight back if it was. Don't know about the horn, but the hazard light issue is because of the well-known problem of people exxiting the OBD 11 port without exiting properly. You can resolve it yourself by disconnecting the earth from the floor pan and then re-connecting but you shouldn't have to.

right I heard about OBD situation but I haven’t used it. I restarted the battery (negative first) waited for 10 minutes and then it worked but then problem showed up again for whatever reason.
It says you have to remove the hood to remove the horn. I would see if I could get to the connector and disconnect it. See if the fuse still blows if it’s disconnected - that would tell you whether it’s the horn or the wiring/relay. The manual says the horn is powered via a relay in the right engine junction box.
Do you have a code reader? There are a number of horn-related codes that can be thrown, detailed in the repair manual.
Here’s the schematic of the horn, from the repair manual. Note that it can be actuated either from the steering wheel switch, of by the alarm via the body control module (BCM.)

thanks for your help, I’ll take it to the shop and have them check out, every day I’m discovering brand new problems and I just bought the car, I don’t want to have bad taste in my mouth, even though I’ love the car.
I’m also getting constant SOS here and there
OBD that I plugged in didn’t work, not sure maybe I have to use different device ?
and if I clear the codes there’s a chance that problem could just be solved just like that ?
thanks again
Put the car on a charger or battery tender before you spend time diagnosing any more "problems". F-Types have a bad habit of exhibiting all kinds of electrical issues if the battery is not fully charged. It will not solve all of your issues but it may fix some of them.
Please do check the date on the battery that's in the car. There are MANY threads/posts about what these cars will send code-wise with even an under-charged battery. AGM (absorbent glass mat) batteries may last 5-6 years, through there are owners here who have had the same AGM for more than that.
Not sure what year F you have, this link MAY help:
If you then get a new battery, get a battery maintainer, NOT a trickle charger. This CTek unit conditions the battery, can be set for 6V or 12V and also for lead acid battery or AGM. It has an eyelet setup, so you can more or less permanently put the connector in the car, or use the alligator clip connector.
