Quick question: how long did it take to get a delivery date from your dealer once you placed an order? I placed my order and made the deposit on 7/11 and so far I have no scheduled build or delivery information. I asked my dealer a couple of times for an estimate but so far nothing but crickets. Is this 6 week+ dead-time normal?

 

If the dealer has no allocation with which to place an order for your particular model, you will have to wait. Perhaps it's time to negotiate your deal with a second (and larger) dealer that has an immediate allocation. Then cancel the order with the dealer delivering last. They have to refund your deposit.

 

For me, one week from order date I had an estimated delivery date from the factory and communicated to me by the dealer. Delivery actually occurred about 4 weeks earlier than that date. You might find others' experience documented at earlier, now older, threads. Good luck.
