yesterday evening I was watching cable television, news related program at the 8pm time slot and when it went to commercial, I saw this 30 second commercial promoting the new body Jaguar F-Type R sports car. I was shocked because I never see any commercial for said vehicle. Sometimes on the same cable channel I will see a 30 second spot ad for the Jaguar F PACE SUV vehicle being driven in an Urban setting. I wonder if JLRNA throws on the commercials here in New Jersey because they are here themselves in NJ.

Interesting, but this is an ad for a Canadian dealer (on Hunt Club Road, Ontario) - perhaps got on the wrong channel for advertizing.
I did hear that JLR are trying to set up more dealers in Canada.

 

That's why I was confused and pleasantly surprised. Maybe it was in error, a mix up. The Hunt Club Rd name didn't appear when I saw it.
Don't know...

 

Hunt Club Road is in Ottawa (which is Canada's capital) but the highest posted speed limit on that road is 80 kmph.

I am pretty sure that the RCMP would be very interested in that F-Type...
