Default Inactivity.

Dear all,
as I have painfully found out, I don't get much time to drive the F-type because of my workload. I do use it about once a month on longer trips rather than city driving.
During the inactivity, I have permanently the Noco charger, maintainer connected.
Is there anything else I should be doing?
Thank you.

Send it to me. I'll drive it like I stole it.

There is nothing else that needs to be done, given that you do a longer trip (at highway speed?) rather than stop and go driving.

Find an excuse to drive your F-Type. It can haul groceries ya know.

I might do this but not too often to preserve the car. I try taking it on longer highway trips to enjoy the power and stability.
City driving is so boring in an F.

You are doing something wrong! I enjoy driving in my F-Type no matter where or when. Similar to you, I don't get a chance to drive it that often any more. Since COVID, I'm still working remote so I don't have that daily drive during the warm months, and I have another sports car to share the time with... However, whether I'm in traffic or open road, I enjoy being in my F-Type no matter the situation.

Some people here are envious and I've heard of stories from other F-type owners who left their car for 5 minutes to go to a store and came back to a key scratched car.
I would die if this happened to me. I have a classic, a modified Triumph TR-6 that I can take anywhere and for my daily a trusty old Honda Accord. So for me to take the F out, it has to have a sporting chance of coming back home unscathed.

That's what insurance for... Why buy something nice, to never appreciate it? Either way, you bought it so use it how you want to....

Mine just entered winter storage for the 12th time. Safe to say I enjoyed almost all of those 94000 miles. Drive it!

Put mine to sleep for a long winter's nap today too. But she'll be out in late March hopefully.

Lucky me, here in Cyprus where I live winter temperatures rarely go below 4C and it doesn't rain that often so I get to use it all year round. The summers are hot though, which taxes the cooling system. As a precaution against this, I'm now gathering the parts to install all metal pipes including the thermostat housing.
