Nor can I, but I was blaming it on the fact I had my windshield replaced today. I was going to wait until tomorrow before I called the dealer, but here's the msg I'm getting:
"Your device could not connect to Jaguar to check your sign in credentials. This may be because network coverage is not available at present. Please move to a location with network coverage and try again."
I tried several times, rebooted my phone between attempts, and changed locations, all to no avail.
Hopefully, the problem is on Jaguar's end and they'll sort it out.

I had my telematics module updated today and after leaving the dealer couldn't use the Jaguar Remote app - wouldn't let me sign in.

My Jaguar HQ advisor told me this:

"There is a system issue at this moment in time. The appropriate parties are aware of the issues, and are looking into them. Please give them some time to do so, and then try the system again later."

Yes, InControl working again. Journeys updated for yesterday and the round trip to and from dealer's recorded 30 MPG both ways. (See also post re: MPG settled science.)
