Default Infotainment crash?

Hello Fellow F-Types!
I've had my CPO 14' vert for 3 weeks- puts a smile on my face every time I drive it!
This morning, when drove the car the infotainment screen was blank/black. Right from the moment I fired it up the Radio and all the home buttons on the outside, seemed to work- but the screen remained dark.
The power button in the lower left corner did not seem to work to turn the display on as well.

Did a quick search and didn't find much on a black screen.
Any suggestions? Is there a reset procedure I can do?

Thank you in advance-

I have no experience in this myself, but it would not surprice me if someone advice you to disconnect the negative side of the battery for some 20-30 secs.

Just be aware that you might need to reset the side windows up/down settings afterwards. I am sure someone else here can give you advice on how to do that as well.

There is a button to turn infotainment screen off (I use it all the time). Make sure you didn't press it by accident.

I tried that hard button- assume you are referring to the on/off looking button on the lower left side

It should be covered under warranty - I think you've done the 101 checks so let the dealer figure it out.

I just had the whole unit replaced under warranty (bought brand new in Sept 16, 7700mi) - not only the infotainment system did not work, but also the HVAC, Camera and blind-spot monitoring.

Could this be stealth mode?
