Hello, do you guys know how to make the gauge screen like the second picture from the first one, and how to update the infotainment system screen theme?

 

I dont think you can. The top screen looks like it came out of a 2015MY car and the bottom one out of a 2016.5MY car.

If you can do it though make sure to post. We have the one from the top in our XE and the one from the bottom in my F Type, the f type one looks much prettier

You have to explain the 2016.5 concept. This is the first that I have heard regarding mid-year production changes for MY 2016.

 

Cheers, mine is a 2016.5MY even though it was a late 2015 build. I think it was from July when JLR bought in the new infotainment. This page shows the models but I'm not sure that it will show the changes as they are probably only to the infotainment system and a couple of options. https://m.redbook.com.au/cars/result...6031&msrc=bbtm

 

I thought the new infotainment system was incorporated at the beginning of MY16. I have it on mine with a June 2015 build.


I read your link. I think I get it. I forgot you are in Oz. It seems that everything built January-March 2015 is considered a 2015 and everything built April-December 2015 is a 2015 (MY2016.5). Here they are advertised as MY2015 and MY2016 for those dates, respectively.
