I've got IRR with red calipers. I always knew the calipers arent the same colour, but then neither are the wheel caps nor the growler on the front. It hasnt bothered me because the colour difference is quite significant (with the IRR being almost maroon in some light). If they were closer in colour it probably would bother me because it would look as though they tried to match but failed.

You could always get a bottle of IRR touch up paint and repaint the calipers.
Although it would be a bit tedious having to brush the paint on instead of spraying it (I have always used rattle cans of caliper paint), and you would need to get new "Jaguar" decals for the front calipers (not hard, I have done that several times).
Edit - I just realised - touch up (body) paint might not be such a great idea for brake calipers as it may not be able to handle the heat!
Does anyone know for sure?

I found these guys who will color match it G2 Brake Caliper Paint Systems: G2 Custom Color Match Brake Caliper Paint
But I think you all talked me out of it, also a bit expensive to just change the shade of red of my calipers. I have other first world problems I could be solving haha
