Are these 2 different types of communication where the discount is published? Or is the Private Offer Program advertised as part of the Sales Bulletin?

The two different terms came from only one member - ME .
They are 2 separately different terms. Private Offer Program is the type of this discount. Sales Bulletin is where the discount program is announced to the dealers.

Great. Thanks. I'm becoming an expert on internal Jaguar communication

Yes, I believe you are, but again you shouldn't have to be! Too much stress when the customer has to do the dealers "leg work".

They did not charge tax on the 2500. If they are not collecting the money from the customer, I don't see how they could.
Were you asked for you JCNA Member Number?

It would be offered to JCNA members & funded by Jaguar Cars. As I said before it rarely comes up as so few club members buy new cars.

I did a quick google for jaguar + "private offer program" and only got results for gm. I guess jaguar keeps its private offer programs more private.

Please explain -- what would not be supported by JCNA?

I'm sure most members of JCNA do not buy new Jags very often.
The club is mostly about the older and rare Jags.

I'm still interested in getting the full JSOB number. I feel that this will make my case as air tight as possible.

No, I am an account and own my own firm.

The info I have shared is part of the info I received from my GM pertaining to the $2500.00 coupe discount.

Yes, that is the pin for the discount.

There is a form to fill out but I never saw it. I'd guess the dealer did it for me.

I'm a long time Jag customer, just leased another XF last week before reading this thread, and my SM never heard of this. Finally after much discussion, he 'found' this 'Jaguar Operations Bulletin' called 'Organizations and Corporations Programs'. This discusses the select three pre-approved organizations which are offered this incentive. One of the organizations is Jaguar Owners Club.
However, it says among other things 'not compatible with other private offers (i.e. early lease termination, partner programs, owner loyalty, conquest, etc)'

Does this mean lease returns (usually few months early) can not take advantage of this?

@yidal8 - the person you are speaking with at the dealership needs to call the 800 number for Retail Operations at Jaguar. They will answer questions pertaining to the JCNA Menber Discount Program.
