debating this atm too, my car comes off end of year

i can't justify the cost difference to order a replacement 2019 (would have to be svr as i'm not a fan of R looks now), and there's not anything on the market i want to replace it with

i was keen on the vantage, but after driving it, was left a bit underwhelmed, the zf8 gearbox logic isn't any good, and the engine didn't really provide a unique experience having had the amg v8tt in a c63 already

Interesting, everyone seems to be waxing lyrical about it these days. I've also seen people mention that the suspension was a lot more sorted than the F-Types for spirited driving. Did you not feel that? Personally, I've gone with lower tire pressures in my rears to help with turn in - the V8 F-Types really do feel quite nose-heavy.

As with some of the long-term, multiple Jaguar experienced owners, I'd say hang on to it, presuming you like it. It represents the current peak of Jaguar engineering expertise. I'm in my 4th decade of owning, on the 11th one, all have been reliable -- and a continuing source of pride of ownership. Recently a forum member mentioned taking his in just before the expiration of the warranty for a final inspection, at which point the dealer made some minor repairs. That's what I'll do in 2022.

I'm keeping it. I love it, bought it to drive and enjoy and someday pass on to my son as a future classic.
