I know it's last minute but just in case...
There is a group ride to Lake George tomorrow June 30th, 2018 starting in Brookfield, CT (just off I84) at the Park and Ride and taking some amazing scenic roads.
This is open to the F-Type and other 2-door sports cars (from Alfa 4C, to Lotus Evora to 911).

I'll be intersecting your route tomorrow - heading west on VT-9/NY-67 to I-90 early morning - hope to cross I-87 before 10am, so I'll probably be ahead of you. It's going to be a hot one!

I wish I lived closer, I'd definitely join. Beautiful country and the roads around Lake George should be a blast in an F-Type. Many years ago I lived in Fort Ann, NY and spent many hours in the summer cruising around Lake George, flirting with the girls on vacation from the city. If anyone wants to drop a wad but enjoy a fantastic night or two, check out the Sagamore. Their Trillium restaurant (if still operating) was well worth the price.

 

I must admit that I have never been to Lake George. Last year we did a Saratoga Springs run and it was a lot of fun. Thank you for the restaurant tip, I will certainly look for it if it's still there.
