Launch control was only ever available on the V6S so it may be impossible to install it on an R. I have never heard or read of anyone installing it on an R.
Then again it may just be something which needs to be activated, in which case you would need to find someone with all the correct SDD equipment and know how.

The F-type V6S ‘dynamic launch’ doesn’t do much, as described in this document. Mainly, it stops rev matching for gear shifts, keeping the power up. Maybe a TCU tune is similar?

Considering the exact same engine is shared between the two, (so too much torque would not be the issue) would you know of somewhere that has tuning files to make launch control possible on my car? The only problem I can think of is AWD vs RWD

Really no need for a traditional "Launch Control" on an AWD SC V8 with a ZF 8HP 70 Shiftable Auto. It will stall to about 2000-2200 RPM with no issues...So you just powerbrake/stall it to about 2000 RPM, release brake, mash gas pedal and hold on...They have great acceleration and no lag that you get with Turbocharging. You can experiment with Dynamic mode with Sport Shift on/off, and/or paddle shifting yourself. With a tuned F-Type with good tires, you can routinely get 0-60 MPH in the 3 second range (I have anyway).
Go try it out and enjoy

And if you do have it I doubt it would be effected by applying the VAP TCU tune. VAP can tell you if their tune effects it or if the tune can add or delete it.
Anyway the instructions to activate it are below, follow them and see if it works for you:
To activate Dynamic Launch:
•Ensure that:–The vehicle is stationary–The engine is running–The steering is in the straight-ahead position–Dynamic Mode is engaged
•Depress the brake pedal and hold with the left foot.
•Move the Transmission Control Switch to either the Drive (D) or Sport (S) position.
•Using the right foot, lightly depress the accelerator pedal until the message center displays ‘DYNAMICLAUNCH READY’.
•Release the brake pedal then quickly press the accelerator pedal to the kickdown position. The message center will display ‘DYNAMIC LAUNCH ACTIVE'.
