Back up a little, take a picture showing what those cylinders are hooked up to.

OR

Go to an online dealer and find their online diagram,...post back!

+++++++++++++

Is that clear liquid under the car just water? TASTE IT. If it's a fine liquor, tell US how you made it, we wanna know!

If the reservoir is actually the source of the leak, I recommend replacing that forward reservoir. Especially if removing it is 'involved'. Be sure that it has washer anti-freeze, too (yeah, I see you live in Florida...as I type this, Iguanas are falling out of trees due to cold weather in Miami, LOL).

Is there any chance the leak is coming from the piping, or the pump motors?

Not necessary, there could also be a gap due to insufficient clamping.

The pop out headlight washer sprayer hose runs over that wheel well, it also has a disconnect point for removing the bumper behind that wheel liner...maybe it disconnected?

Although the set up and tube routing is a bit different I had that problem on both my XFS and XFR - the headlight washer tubes had come off (or not been put back on) right at the ends where they connect to the backs of the headlights. They were held on by nothing but small black half-circle clips.
Took me ages to figure it out on the XFS, I kept filling up with washer fluid and then a few days later I would get the "low fluid" message, so it was one of the first things I checked on the XFR and guess what, both tubes were disconnected!

That appears to be a vacuum line.

appears so I just found the part online is the vacuum pump, seems important I’m wondering if I can just bridge the two parts of the vacuum line and replace with another check valve. Unless anybody know where I could find the part number for the line

This vacuum pump controls your exhaust valves (and maybe a few other vacuum required items?)if you have had the "noisy humming behind the drivers seat" TSB done at the dealer they run a hose from this pump all the way to the back and connect up the vacuum controlled exhaust valves and disable the electric vacuum pump that is in the drivers wheel well that is some people find annoying. should not be any fluid leaking out of this.
