Is it really worth that aggravation? After all it is only a jacket :-)!...just sayin! Now I need to look for my booklet and see what you are talking about.

 

I got my valve caps as well. It was as nice gesture but as previously noted, the box it came it was more impressive than the actual caps once you feel them. They look good but are cheap. However, what I'm most excited about is the day at the driving school you get with the R. Super excited about that as I've done well over a 1,000 laps with my S2000 and several hundred in Spec Miata's but wouldn't dream of risking my R at the track. Not yet anyway.

 

I received my second set of gift valve stem caps in the mail last week. Anyone else get two? Anyway, if anyone never got a gift set from Jaguar and wants a set please PM me and i'll send them to you. Free to a good home. Just pay for postage.

 

The caps look nice on the car. Arrived the same day as my ebay cat paw tire valves - one for summer wheels one for winter - not bad.
Not sure what to do with all the fancy paper and box that surrounded the caps

 

I'm very surprised that there has been no contact from Jaguar since I purchased my new FTYPE in August. I've not even had a letter acknowledging my purchase.

 

You will hear from them. It takes a bit, but they will get to you. I have several times heard from them....., when I least expected it. Good Luck.

 

That's fairly new. Most of us never heard a peep from Jaguar after purchasing our cars. There are several old threads about that.
