Anything I should be on the lookout for when going through an inspection.

Nope. Post pics of the new ride.

I guess one thing for a 2016 is check the in-service date to understand exactly how much warranty is left.

Tyres and brakes.
They wear fairly quickly on the F-Type especially the inside edges of the tyres due to poor wheel alignment from the factory.
Check the condition/wear of the tyres and brakes, especially the parts you can't see from the outside of the car, that is the inner tread wear and the inner pad and rotor wear. If any or all are excessively worn then either demand new replacements or use it as a bargaining chip to talk the price down.
Demand to see the car up on a hoist so you can have a good squiz from underneath.
I did exactly that when buying my old XFR and got $5,000 knocked off the price.
