Lock free unless you park in bad areas. Then use a chrome lock and put a black cover on it.

Know of any black cover that fits over OEM locks?

Oh cool, a good cheap solution. A five pack is only $13, a 20 pack is only $24. Cheaper than the rubber tips in volume. Hmm, wonder if you have to take them off when washing the car, lest water get trapped in? Have seen some pretty rusty lugs here...

Even though they ask if you have locks, wondering if they fit the locks? This guy didn't use them on the locks but already had black lugs. They say fit 21-23mm.
