Default Manual for AWD transfer case

I have a F-Type S AWD (2016, LHD) that my local shop has managed to mess up.
Now I'm looking for instructions / pictures how to change the oil in the AWD transfer box/case.
It does not seem to be covered in the PDF's I have found here.
Please ...

By the way, do you know how often the transfer case oil should be changed?

My car has only 7500 km (4660 miles) on it (model year 2016), but still the local Jaguar dealer said it needed to be serviced.
The problem is that the dealer then somehow screwed up the nuts for the bolts holding the transmission mount (and/or the undershield), and now they want more than $2000 to fix it. It's a crazy story really.
I'm trying to figure out if the oil change was really needed and how they could destroy the mount when doing the service.
The shop, of course, says that the transmission mount nuts (or threads) was already broken, and they had to force to bolts to get the mount loose. Now they need to remove the transmission to install new nuts for the transmission mount bolts.

Any ideas how to proceed?
