Default Moving from summer tires to Continental all seasons. What to do with 4000 mi summers?

As the title says, I'm ditching almost new summer tires with 4000 mi on my newly purchased 2023 R to all seasons so I can drive year round in Indiana winters.
I see in the market place here all kinds of ads of people selling their tires, but almost all are extremely old posts. So I assume used tires no matter how new they are just don't get sold
Trying to decide if I should find someplace in my limited garage space to store them just in case I get a flat or something or just give them away to the tire dealer.
Storing 4 tires forever just seems nuts and I have no desire to buy 4 new wheels and trade wheels and tires every 6 mo.
I'll probably still put an ad in the for sale section for couple hundred bucks for someone to come get them, don't want to bother with shipping .
Any thoughts?

Good luck trying to sell the tires.

We posted a FS advert for a pair of little-used, rear P-Zeros after we bought 4 UHP all seasons and replaced the fronts. Not even a nibble.

So , we wore out the PZeros in 15,000 miles and installed the rear A-S tires....now it's a matched set.

A visitor said "Why do you have tires in your basement?" I said, "Doesn't everybody?"

Are these stock pirellis? Check to see how much the tire shop will offer you for them but it may not be much but it’s always nice to have an extra set of tires if anything happens.

Default Old-school Craig's list

I routinely sell my used tires via craigs list. Sometimes the drift racers buy them, or someone just needs a set. I put in the DOT date code and provide an estimated tread depth from a digital tread gauge. If you do Facebook, theres always Marketplace. Price them to move, lower the price after 3 weeks if there's no interest.

Put them on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace and be prepared to take about 25% of what you paid for them.

At this point, I think I will just keep them for a while. My Son-in-law just got a '21 F-type and he said he might use them next summer.
Mine (silver) and his (blue)
