Msrp
I've read that the'16 are up to cover service, warranty, and standard equip. etc. I just ran my car,'14 S Type conv. with everything except 20's and ceramic. My msrp was $93,575 before dest. and the '16 is $92,175. Seem to be lower not higher! The '15 was the same price as '14.

2015 V6S [mine] MSRP* = $91,700 excluding destination and delivery [$925]
2016 V6S MSRP = $89,350 excluding destination and delivery but also with the addition of Power Tailgate (kinda nice feature I think, especially now that it's included in the price).
By the way, the configurator still lists Stratus Grey as a color choice (someone in another post said it was no longer available).
Best regards,

*Paid $81,975 + $449 Documentation Fee last mid-October for a total of $82,424 which I thought was an excellent price. 11% total discount.

I only did the R coupe when comparing 15 vs 16 and it was up a couple grand. I don't have the exact cost and configuration in front of me. It's buried in another thread.
So maybe the V8's went up a bit while the V6 got some more equipment as standard without price increase?

Well some would say AWD is a negative.
But that aside the difference when calculating out the price difference came to about $300 a year for those extra 4 years of maintenance. Pretty close to what a dealer might charge for your scheduled maintenance as well. The extra year of warranty is definitely a plus. I guess for those planning on keeping the car beyond 3 years and will get full use of the warranty and maintenance, then it is a good deal. For those that won't, you are prepaying for a few items you don't need or won't use. But the difference is pretty small in the end.
At least it hasn't gone up like GTR prices. It started out at $70k for the base and is now $102k for the base (premium).
