Default My FType Brake Fault. (Is this Normal?)

Hello, My name is Hyon Woo Park.
I am currently living in South Korea.
I drive FType and sometimes the break is not working. (Break would not activate until I fully press the break)
ex) from 0%-90% brake pressure, the car is not stopping at all, but all the sudden car stops at 100% brake pressure.
According to Jaguar Service, they said it is normal and do not see any problem at all.
So I decided to make the video and ask people if this situation is normal or not.
Thank you.

p.s. does anyone has this kind of problem too?
I have already changed brake oil but still has the same issue.

THIS IS NOT NORMAL !! The F-Type brakes are very sensitive. It requires a very light touch to slow the car down without throwing your passenger through the windshield.

Air in the brake line. Does pumping harden the pedal?

Holy sh*t dude... no this is 100% not normal - for any car, let alone an F-type.

Next time the technician gives you hell about this, drive him up the biggest hill you can find, let him have the driver's seat, and you get out and watch the whole thing unfold from a safe distance... make sure you keep those dash cams on so you can share his reaction with us.

Was there work performed on the braking system where the hydraulics were opened?

Was the vehicle involved in a crash, or other situation that required work on the braking system?
