Could always just do this. I posted this like a week ago. Very easy.

OK so I've got Pathfinder working as it should, have the offline DSFM Server program. Changing the as-built as per the settings posted above, however I've still not been able to get the 10" screen to show the correct image or resolution. It's just showing the old 8" layout on the 10" screen. I've tried different 10" screens also, with the same result. Now I'm thinking maybe the IMC version isn't correct. So I bought an IMC from a 2019 that had the 10" screen option. Will try to install that IMC and see if that makes a difference. Will then compare the software versions on the new one and the old one and see if there are any changes....

made some more progress. Installed a IMC out of a 2019 F-type and the screen started working correctly. I was then able to update the IPMB, as per Pistol's instructions above. That worked perfectly and the camera started working. Now I have a couple of left over problems. The 2019 IMC obviously has a VIN from the old car programmed on it. I don't know how to change the VIN. It also is missing one of the plugs that my old IMC had. I'm not sure what the plug is for, its a purple plug. I was going too review the wiring diagram to try and figure it out. I tested everything and most things seemed to work. The only thing I noticed was the Navigation screen would not load, however I don't know if that's a programming issue or maybe that one missing wire. Also, when I tried to connecting to Wifi, it said WiFi not available.
My other option is to try and update my old IMC to the newer software. I was going to try and follow the same idea as updating the IPMB, however the IMC has a few different ECU programming settings and I don't know which ones to change. I wish @pistol was still around and he could tell me what software version is on his IMC.

10" screen working
Old unit on the left, newer one on the right. One on the right is missing the purple plug on top. Also doesn't have the black dual plug on the bottom left, however my car does not have a harness for that plug anyway.

Another bit of info I discovered, it seems that my car falls within the VIN range for the H251 update that JLR was doing. Now I just need to how to do it myself without bringing it to the dealer...

H251 - InControl Touch Pro Update

Publication No.: H251

Model: F-TYPE (X152)

Model Year: 2018

VIN Range: K41513 - K55803

Finished product... finally got everything working like it should. I'll probably make my own thread with a detailed walk through start to finish for anyone else wanting to do this. I guess there is a very limited number of people this would apply to. Only 2018 cars which were manufactured in the first 6 months (from vin k07715 to vin k55638) came with the 8" screen. My car is K54004. Only thing left to figure out is how to upgrade the software on the IMC to make it show the Climate screen. Need to find a 2019 car with the same options (High USB, Dynamic-I, etc) so I can see which software version it's running and then manually force my Pathfinder to load that software onto the IMC (similar to the IMPB update @pistol figured out above). Right now my center vents are pemanenty stuck closed with no way to open them

I wanted to share an update about this - I was able to get my screen up and running with a lot of thanks to @pistol and @proedge .

Prior to installation, I had added a climate widget to my home screen. It turns out that the widget will persist and be available even in the 10" dash (although it looks a bit odd) - you can click it and go to the climate screen! Unfortunately this probably requires that you have added the climate widget beforehand, but may be helpful to anyone else doing this procedure.

What does it look like on your 10" screen now? Do you mean you added the widget on the 8" screen before you swapped to the 10"?

Yep that's correct, I had the climate widget on the 8" infotainment before switching to the 10" (although I imagine you could just set the infotainment to 8" in the CCF and still use the actual 10" screen to get the widget).

Here's the pics of the widget and getting to the climate screen:

Interesting. I'll try change my CCF to 8" and see if I can get that widget on there

This climate widget is a great work around. Unfortunately my screen was changed prior to adding the widget. Would appreciate if there’s anyone out there that would be able to change mine back to the 8, allow me to add the widget then go back to the 10. Would be great to have my climate screen back. I live in Vegas and would be willing to drive a few hundred or so miles ☺️…PM me if any takers lol

Thanks all, and Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone on this forum!

I did try changing the CCF back to an 8" screen but did not have any luck getting the old graphics to come back. I may try putting the old 8" screen back in to see if that will work. Otherwise I think the only solution is to find a 2018 F-type R with a factory 10" screen so I can see what software the IMC is running and then manually update my IMC to that software, in order to get the correct climate screen to pop up.

Since @pistol doesn't seem to be around anymore, does anyone know how to figure out what software a module should have based on a car's VIN? I'm trying to figure out the software version a 2019 IMC would have on it. I have a VIN from a 2019 Ftype-R. I tried manually inputting it into Pathfinder, but without a car connected to it, when I try to go into IMC it errors out. I want to try and force flash my IMC with 2019 software, similar to how the IPMB flash was done. But @pistol was able to figure out what software a 2019 IPMB had somehow.

The key to this was to force flash my 2018 IPMB with newer 2019 IPMB software. It is not enough to reflash the latest stock 2018 IPMB software.
This finding also implies that CCF only solutions are not sufficient (e.g. IIDTools), as fixing the camera requires additional diagnostic software that can flash modules (such as Pathfinder, Topix, JET PRO or others).
To avoid reflashing IPMB, one presumably would have to buy and replace the module off eBay with one that already has the new software, but I am not sure if that will work out of the box without for example VIN learning (which may fail for used modules) and again requires diagnostic software.

Specifically I had to force update IPMB from what was previously latest version for the vehicle to the following:

The last two here are critical. The AH software payload alone was not sufficient, I had to also flash the calibration file to get the camera working.
I determined these by finding the 2019 F-Type IPMB flash files. The 2019 already comes with 10" and has the a almost identical IPMB part number (DE instead of DD) with slightly newer software (AH instead of AG).
Electronic control unit core assembly number HX73-14D478-DD -> HX73-14D478-DE

The way to force Pathfinder into doing this is to
1. Edit C:\Program Files (x86)\AVL_DiTEST\Pathfinder\data\Diagnosis\IVS\X15 2\JX53-19G490-AG.xml
2. Update the following lines accordingly, red is changed. See KX53-19G490-AC.xml for the 2019 reference.

Before:

After:

3. Start Pathfinder and select ECU Diagnostics > IPMB
4. Select "Reflash ECU". This may quickly fail the first time. Retry. Pathfinder should show a progress bar with Downloading JX53-14D480-AH.vbf. Make sure it's AH instead of AG. After it's done downloading, it erase, flash then will ask to do a VIN Learn and On Demand Self Test. This should pass successfully.
5. Done! Try Start the engine, put the car in Reverse and check the camera. Make sure to have the trunk closed while testing. Enjoy and jump around with excitement.

Here is what it looks like in Pathfinder after flashing:
