I have an F-Type, R-Dynamic ordered. I’d like a dash cam (Leaning towards the “BlackVue”. From a number of threads I’ve read the thing to do is hard wire it to the fuse box.) and I’d also like to wrap the front of the “bonnet”.

My question is, will either of these void the warranty or a portion of it, especially the dash cam wiring?

 

where are you based? in the US the manufacturer must prove the modification caused the damage in order to void the warranty.

Wrapping the bonnet: I can't imagine any issues here unless down the road you have paint issues and try to warranty the paint on your bonnet

Hardwiring the BlackVue: if you wire it properly, you'd be hard pressed to get in trouble with the warranty as well

Make sure you put a (properly sized) fuse inline with the camera. With that there should be no question/concern on a warranty issue.

Interesting. Only lists 2021 2.0 F-Type as compatible, though.
