New exhaust ftype R stock VS velocity ap

New exhaust ftype R stock VS velocity ap
Hey guys. I'm thinking of changing my stock exhaust but I'm not sure which way to go. I've narrowed my choices down to 2.
1. velocity ap race exhaust without the valves ( I always drive with the valves open anyway. From the videos I've seen on YouTube, it does sound nice. Any of you that made the switch?
2. There is a tuning company here in Belgium where I live that has made a custom exhaust for an svr. Basically what they do is cut the exhaust open on top of the rear muffler, remove something then they weld it back. The result is this.

What do you guys think? Option 1 or 2.
