Just out of curiosity.......

Only 1 J in the showroom and five LRs. Looks like they're mostly selling used Mazdas and other sorts of boring grocery getters. I've never been to Toowoomba, but at a glance, doesn't look like a dealership that will be selling $150,000+ bespoke EVs.

Toowoomba is a quite large regional city by Oz standards, around 142k population, but of course that is small by US "regional city" standards.
It's only 125 km west of Brisbane which to Oz country people is basically next door, so I for one don't see the local JLR dealership lasting if/when JLR switch to nothing but EVs.
By coincidence I bought my first Jag - 2010 XFS - from a Toowoomba resident.

Only 59 dealers for new Jag sales in the US in the future. Yes. But for luxury cars of $150k and up that doesn't seem crazy

You can still service your Jag in the whole network of LR dealers. Same engines, powertrains etc. So maintenance should be fine.

Think the real question is what cars they come out with in 2025 when all the current ones stop...

Years ago I used to stay in Toowoomba quite frequently when visiting our facility in Helidon.

What's the need for dealers if there's no product to sell.

Fingers crossed they survive this. Especially if they are contemplating handing over all SUV sales to the LR arms.

Stupid trivia: The Ironclad was the CSS Virginia, built on the captured hull of the USS Merrimack.

I am fortunate to have three Jaguar dealers within a 45 minute drive. I did not expect all three of those to remain dealerships once the downsizing started. One of those dealers has surrendered the dealership for new car sales but will continue to sell used cars and service them for the near future. Long term I am not sure what the plans are.
