Question New Tires

I am about to change the tires of my F-Type R (2017). Would you ever consider putting the tires of the SVR on the R model? (ie 305 instead of 295 in the back & 265 instead of 255 in the front)
Can they fit in the rims I have?
By the way, do the rims front and rear have the same dimensions?

Many people have gone with that tire size choice. Even people with lowering kits and smaller spacers have reported positive results.

Been done many times. Not really a huge difference overall. May have a bigger impact visually than any meaningful performance gain.

That aside, I'd focus on the actual tire more than the size - I'm pretty certain you have heard all the raving about how much better our cars drive without the P zero's, I went with Michelin's and was amazed by the improvement....

Yes, Yes, No-oem R model fronts are 9" wide, Rears are 10.5. Both are 20 inch though. I had the 265 and 305s on the original rims for a short while. Yes, on dumping p zeros.

The only consideration when it comes to the different size or brand name, is: "why Jaguar doesn't have it in their list"?

I'm trying to be more disciplined; wife says it is much needed.
