Default New ultra high performance summer tyre by Bridgestone

This new UUHP sommer tire could be of interest to F-type owners. In the first large test by Auto Bild (a large german car magazine), it was considered better than MPS4S and a range of other top tires. Here is a link to a report in English:

Another test (ordered by Bridgestone)

My PS4S have only 4000 miles on them so I won't be replacing them soon, but I would be keen to hear experiences with this new Bridgestone tyre if other forum members get them installed.

I also look forward to others' input as I am prepping to purchase. This review just seemed a hint more of marketing as opposed to "specs" and test/comparison review. I believe that Unhngd and THE ROCK (and several others)have practical info that could be beneficial.

Just a heads up as well Continental has a new tire out too. They redid their DWS06 and it is now their DWS06 Plus. It is their UHP all season tire. Now I don't plan on driving in in snow but DWS06 was an amazing tire that everyone seemed to love that had them. As soon as they were available I ordered them and just got them on today. I will update after more driving but initial impressions are they look good, gripped really well, cornered well and very little road noise. They are Continental and they are known for some pretty good tires. Time will tell, but I have never been impressed with any UHP tire in even wet traction so we shall see how these all seasons really do as an UHP tire. By the way it was raining today when I got the car back and like I said the grip was really really good even on wet roads. The P Zeros they replaced were terrible in the rain!

I have been wondering about these also...

I live in FL, many hot days and not that I plan on driving in the rain, rain happens without warning down here at times.....
I am looking at doing the VAP pulley and tune soon and want to get new tires to make it worth getting..

I am now running:
Falkens
Pro G5 Sport A/SP 255 /35 R20
305 /30 R20 103Y rears
They really handle well, dry and wet, but while they never feel on the edge or not safe, they do spin easy and with the tune and pulley.. don't see them doing the job.
