New video about the making of the F-Type
The ending made me sad....
"It was good times". Indeed it was. The last golden era of Jag was from I feel the 12 XK facelift through till the last Ftype facelift.
"The last Jaguar ICE sports car".... "Maybe the last jaguar sports car ever".
But it also gave me hope:
"They will be rebuilding them in 50 years time"... "May be a whole industry built around it"
God I hope so. We need better parts to solidify all the faults. Universal upgrade to Silicon coolant pipes. Aftermarket high-quality modules or new modules all together to replace the old and dying. and on and on .....

That was an interesting chat amongst the boys responsible for the F Type. Youtube also has an interesting episode of the Prime production "How to build a motorcar - Jaguar F type". Enjoy!
Watching this made me a bit sad when thinking of the company’s current path relative what I watched in this video ;(
I was quite surprised that none of them picked a 6MT car as they one they would want to own. And the idea that they only built a 6MT option because of the US market was also a shocker. But, of course, I'm a manual transmission obsessive.
