New Wheels
Wish I could generate enough interest in the Vorsteiner 103 wheels to get the mfgr to produce some more! https://vorsteiner.store/products/v-...42393482100906. Been sold out for awhile.

OP, your wheels look amazing. Have you noticed a handling/ride difference? It is very noticeable in the 6 (especially direction changes, eg coming out of a roundabout), not sure about the 8.
That's what I've got, look fantastic and the handling improvement from the lighter wheels is epic! Easy to clean too which is a big thing for me.

The color of the wheels is similar to the color of the car in that they both look noticeably lighter or darker depending on light conditions and viewing angle. I debated whether to go with a solid color, but I am really happy with the translucent Brushed Dark Tint color.

I put forged on mine and disregarding the fantastic looks, the handling improvement was incredible, really transformed the car. It was worth every penny of what I paid, and it was quite a bit more than a couple of grand. It'd be interesting to see how they would go on an XKR, though from when I had mine the issue was getting the power down and also dts interference when traction breaks (neither of which is really an issue in the f type with different suspension), so I'm not sure whether light wheels would help.

folks will drop a couple grand on coilovers no problem...
So true, even on the mustang, swapping over the OEM 19's for wider forged 20's was a big improvement with handling, especially direction changes. You still feel that weight, but much less understeer. Add a strut brace (jury out whether the improvement is just in the mind, I am convinced it does help), and it is actually a bit of fun even in tight turns.
Front: 9 x 20, 35mm offset, 25.4 pounds; rear: 10.5 x 20, 28mm offset, 27.2 pounds. Weights are from a bathroom scale that weighs in .2-pound increments.
Running 21’s would certainly make the ride suffer some. They look great, but this makes for more of a street cruiser. The bigger wheel plays a trick with the eyes and makes it look lower even though it isn’t. The wheel gap doesn’t change, just the sidewall on the 21” tire reduces, hence a stiffer ride. The overall diameter of the wheel/tire cannot change regardless of the size of the wheel. I just went thru the pros and cons for this choice and eventually ordered some 20” Vossen forged with Yokohama Advan Neova AD09’s. 20 x 9 front with 265 35r 20’s. 20 x 12 rear with 305 30 20’s. on the Vossen site there are a few F Types in the gallery where the owners went with 21’s and 20’s. You can compare the look easily there. Hope that helps.
Forged 21's with michelin rubber ride better than OEM 19's with P-zero, save in dynamic on a bad road where it gets a touch more jiggly. The Jag service guys had to deliver my car to me, they couldnt believe how good the ride was.
Unfortunately I cant say the extent to which the improvement is due the forged rims, or the michelin rubber
