You could probably use a VIN from a 2017 to order it. You are likely going to have to put a fair amount of cash ($2-$3K) as the street price is around $1,300 unpainted so you'd still need to get it professionally painted as well as whatever mounting components would be needed to lock down your existing spoiler. Just speculation but since the SVR wasn't available in 2015 there would not be a place to mount a "fixed" spoiler...onto.
