Thanks! I love the wheels. I lucked out with this car. The dealership found this car in Georgia and shipped it over for me. It's almost exactly like the one i built except for the firesand contrast stitching. After seeing it in person I love the stitching though, it kind of ties in the orange paddles and start button.

Congratulations!

(I too have contrasting stitching - Stratus Gray w/Jet Interior & Camel Stitching - and love it).

All the best with your gorgeous new F-Type.

Is that the standard wind deflector in NZ? Doesn't look like the perforated one I have.

That's a beautiful car and a lovely setting. It brings back fond memories of a great business trip to Wellington I had many years ago. You have a gorgeous setting to enjoy your F-Type in.

Has Wellington fully recovered from the major earthquake a few years back? I remember it as a beautiful city.

The deflector is a special glass deflector. You need to have the Jaguar perforated one so you have the brackets and the glass one slots in instead. The advantage is that it becomes permanent and you do not need to remove it at night for better visibility. It is available from Glas-Windschott von UR-Windschott

Christchurch was the NZ city badly damaged by the earthquake. A lot of demolition still going on. It will be decades before the city is rebuilt. Wellington, despite siting on top of multiple fault lines remains intact. A beautiful spot in fine weather.

Welcome ftype68, IRR is stunning and seems to be a popular choice.

I have never seen IRR in person, it appears to be almost a "maroon/burgundy" type red...rather dark? I love it!! very nice! I hate the "torch" red like GM has for their stingray...this is so much prettier..well done!

That's awesome - nicely done. Still think we need to put together a calendar or photo book, some great photos on here.

Thanks! We definitely have enough awesome pics for a couple years worth of calendars. My old SLK car club used to put some together. You can pretty much make your own online and have them professionally printed out on demand. A few sites offer the service.

Funny, I was just thinking about a 2015 Calendar. Thought about asking everyone to submit one photo for each month and then just bulk order them (then send them via USPS). probably ends up maybe $15?
