This is what I have been asking with any discussion on the difference in colour between ULTRA and VELOCITY blue.. ... settings of the camera make a huge difference.
I made these two pictures to illustrate this. One time I centre on the car, the other time on the surroundings when metering the light setting...

Phase 1 was side vents, bumper surround, and roll hoops in gloss black.

Phase 2 was hood vents, wheels painted gloss black, and paint correction/ceramic coating.
