Default New F-Type R arrived....

New member from Toronto Canada here.

My F-Type is 2 days old. So far so good...

All options except auto tailgate and illuminated treadplates. Got the blade wheels. I think they look great with the Italian racing red...

I'm coming from a BMW M6 and I can tell this car is going to be a lot more fun... Noise is awesome...

Looking forward to getting to know new friends and forum...

Jeff

Beautiful R, congrats! So, was it worth the long wait?
Thank you. Yes it was absolutely worth the wait. You'll see. This car is absolutely amazing & one thing for sure...it's a head turner. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I've gotten in these past few days. Even picture taking. It's crazy.

Default Finally....

Finally got around to going out and doing some shooting last night. I've got a LOT of Photoshop ahead of me for the rest, but I got one done. No clue how to post the images in the body of the message here, so I guess it'll just be a thumbnail! Cheers

Now that's a stunning photo....wow!!!!!!
Long exposure with flash release? Even then, I have no idea how you would have gotten rid of the flash reflection.
Can't wait to see the others!!

Thanks so much!! It was two exposures. First I did a long exposure of the car coming down the hill with the DRL's on, and had it drive past me. Then I had my friend back the car up to where I wanted it and shot the scene again to correctly exposure for the car and the surrounding areas in the fading light. Then just combined them in Photoshop and masked out the light trails past the car. Added some blur to the wheels to depict motion, and my other various photoshop things and ended up with this. I sure appreciate the kind words!!

Cheers

That is a really cool photo! Do you have it in a higher resolution? Would love to use it as a background.

An easy way to upload images is imgur: the simple image sharer You can then use them on forums or wherever.
