I drove the two cars back to back on that same road, drove the F-Type up the hill and the R8 back down. I'll grant you they are the same width, but the R8 feels a ton wider.

Maybe because going up is the open side and going down is the mountain side? I felt pretty cramped coming down too...

No doubt. I suspect that's because you sit much lower in the R8

I agree with the lower part, really couldn't see the front corners of the car well and kept thinking I was too close to the edge. Passing (which isn't a good idea on that road) was particularly exciting. (I got behind someone who thought 15 was fast and that's a really long drive at 15...).

I have a 2012 R8, is the R type as roomy leg/shoulder wise as the R8? I have to drive 60 miles to see one thanks

Nice wrap! Curious, about how much did that run you?

Around $5k to $6k, but it has a Ceramic Pro 9H coating over the Liquid wrap as well.

Finally got some good pics of the R. Although the weather wasn't great, it was dry.
Love this car..

Great shots! I had to look at a map to see where you took them - didn't realize that peninsula was there, SW of downtown. (Only been to SEA once.)

Thank you! These were taken from the boat launch at Alki Beach, West Seattle.
These mid-winter months are about as bad as it gets to live in Seattle, but it still is pretty good!
