But really a 16 year old with an F-Type just sounds like bad parenting, unless you purchased it yourself. On a plus at least its the lower powered version.

Only if you're not the 16 year old!

All 16 year olds should start with Vista Cruisers.

The waterbed sounded like a good idea...

I think best first car is good looking, rides high, and goes slow! My first was a '59 TR3A in southern Cal. Way before SUV days. 1965! First cars are tough call for car guys to pick out. On being retired, everyone askes me what I do all day and I tell them anything I want when I want where I want. On comparing the Ghibli I believe comparaing to BMW is better as is lower AMG's and Audi S models. Ours is sport package with active suspension and 404HP, rear drive. It leans towards sport rather than luxury. And I believe this is best way to own it. We had lots of Audi's and I can tell you Italian cars are just different and not for everyone.

Bought a 2016 F Type R with 2000 miles on it at 24

Previous owner ate majority of the depreciation so I got lucky!
