origin of the squeak
My 2015 F type S has a suspension squeak. The sounds/squeaks happen in conjunction with bouncing/compression of the suspension. It sounds like when you move a soda straw up and down in a soft drink cup with a lid on it. This sound was also featured in the Michael Jackson song "You Wanna Be Starting Something." I tried to have it examined under warranty but JLR declined. Sooo.... your thoughts...
Springs?
Bushings?
Shock Absorbers?

Lacking any history with our model, I'd vote in favor of an inspection on a parking lift (a 4 poster with ramps).
Have someone bounce the car while a helper listens underneath with a mechanics stethoscope or a length of hose held up to an ear.
+++++++++++++++
In other cars, likely causes are rubber suspension bushes, ball joints, and sway bar end links.
When I service my own cars, I spray silicone on all the rubber to keep things supple. On a couple cars, I use a needle attachment on my grease gun to lubricate joints that are encapsulated by a rubber boot, but don't have grease fittings.
Hopefully someone will know of specific components that cause the F-Type's squeaks.

Can you reproduce the sound by bouncing the car at a standstill? Coming from the front or rear? Open the boot hatch and bonnet to exert downward pressure on the car. The aluminum skins are delicate.
Not saying that this is your problem, but I had a squeak from the rear that I *thought* was suspension, but turn out to be the active exhaust valves. Maybe just check those too while you're at it. Would probably happen around 1200 rpm and again when it settles for idle.
