Default P0162 and P0164 after service - something loose?

I got a "check engine" light right after my annual service, and can't get the car back to the dealer until Wednesday. Has anyone seen this, perhaps as a result of something that came loose or wasn't reconnected? The codes are P0162 and P0164: Bank 2 sensor 3, malfunction and high voltage.

I'm sure the dealer will take care of it, but it's pretty hot here and my backup car has a really anemic A/C system (it's all anemic, really, but it has its charm) and I'm missing modern climate control.

Left side of car, the third o2 sensor (last one) is either disconnected or toast.

I wasn't sure if left or right, but that's the most obvious cause. Not sure why they'd disconnect it for service, so was hoping someone might chime in with "oh, yeah, if a particular vacuum line come loose you'll see that."

I'll take a look in the morning, before the asphalt melts (exaggerating, it shouldn't top 94F tomorrow). Still, morning will be best. Was hoping I'd be up to installing the Wortecs, but I don't think I'm ready yet.

If the sensor is toast its pretty easy to replace. That sensor went bad in my car and I replaced it myself. Took longer to get the new part and jack up the car than install the replacement.

It's still under warranty so I'm going to let them handle it, unless I see something's come loose when I check it this morning. It happened the day I picked it up from service. I went about ten miles to work and then came home later. I noticed it after climbing the hill coming out of Berkeley. I had an unimpeded drive to the top, to put the engine under a little load. As noted, I was hoping this was a typical symptom of loose clamp or vacuum hose that someone had seen before.

The sensor is located at about the middle of the car - the sensor is easy to see and the plug is a bit buried but still accessible to check for a solid connection. You only need to jack at the rear in front of the rear wheel well (at a jacking point) and the front will also lift. However I would use safety stands or blocks

Thanks for the location information. I was going to jack the front. As for stands: always.

EDIT: It all looks in order from visual inspection. <sigh>
