I am considering having my calipers painted and wanted to get some ideas? The source I am using to paint them does a powder coat and their work is superior so I am not concerned just wondering about a color. Any ideas?

 

Being black then red or yellow IMO. I would love to get mine done as well, but I don't trust anyone to do it! HEHE

 

This guy is the best an specializes in Lambo and Ferarri and Bentley and such. I will actually be the VW of the group but this is my Lambo! I was thinking red because I purchased the Jag red center caps for my black wheels

 

I have the red calipers on my car and they look incredible - the brakes on these bad boys are just enormous! I too think either red or yellow would look fabulous on a black car with black wheels. Be sure to post pictures if you have it done!

How about orange? Not as bright as yellow and brighter than red!

 

You will have to be the one to make that decision, but i never liked brakes calipers sticking out visually.

It will also give the illusion as if the car was smaller than it is, since everything is black now.

I have the upgraded brakes with red calipers on black Tornado rims. It looks great.


HOWEVER.


This yellow looks even better though and I have been considering having mine coated because it's NICE!

its all done! Red with the Jaguar lettering and jag red center caps on wheels fantastic job and looks factory just what I was going for. Pictures to come.

 

Any pics yet? I'm dying to see what it looks like as I'm thinking about doing the same to my car.
