Default Performance Academy - Monitecello

Is anybody planning on going to the performance driving academy at the end of June in Monticello?

Did anyone notice that a free Level 1 course is no longer included with the purchase of an R vehicle starting April 4, 2015? Instead you only get a discounted rate of $495.

Does anyone know if the performance driving course is offered to Canadians who purchase an R? My dealer never mentioned it so I assume not.

The pin I was given does say to be used within 12 months of vehicle purchase but they accepted the Feb 2016 Vegas day anyway for me, which would be 15 months after I had purchased. Sure wish they offered more than those 3 tracks/cities.

Yeah I chose Saturday myself. It's a 4 hour session. They are also having a reception the night prior in a hotel close by where you get to meet some of the race car drivers. I think that's pretty lame because you can't bring a guest to the track.

How long after the purchase before Jaguar contacts you for this? Or in general, how long after the purchase before Jag sent you a welcome email of some sort? All I got in the 5 weeks since my purchase was a survey email.

I got mine about a month after delivery. If you haven't received it yet you can call the Jaguar Driving Academy Concierge at 888-535-8588.

From the website seems like it should be free?

Level 1
The Jaguar Performance Driving Academy Level 1 Course is complimentary to U.S. residents within twelve (12) months of purchase of one of the following new 2014 or 2015 Jaguar models: XFR, XFR-S, XKR (Coupe or Convertible), XKR-S (Coupe or Convertible), XJR and the F-TYPE R Coupe.
