Default performance driving academy

Does Jaguar offer a performance driving academy for F-Type drivers?
I know of many other car companies that do but I haven't come across any info on the Jaguar USA website.

JLR pulled the plug on the driving academy (at least here in the US) about a year ago.

I saw a little blurb in the Jaguar magazine I received in the mail yesterday and it stated they were going to have some Performance driving academies again and to stay tuned to Jaguar USA site for upcoming information.

I'll believe it when I see it though.

You can also to high performance driving schools through a BMW, Porsche or Audi clubs or with a track daze or NASA. You do drive your own car.

Hooked on Driving also does track days. I haven't been out with them but have heard they keep a tight rein on folks out there.

I have been out with NASA and can highly recommend them. I raced motorcycles for over a decade at a track known to be hazardous, so am very sensitive to the organizer's attention to safety. NASA was exemplary in that regard. They send people home who miss flag signals or fail to follow instructions. I'm not just OK with that: I'm happy about it.

Porsche has Porsche Experience Centers in Atlanta and LA. You pick the type of Porsche you want to drive and get to have a lot of fun on the different sections of their track. I actually got sick of driving but it was a lot of fun. I'm going again but I may take something for motion sickness this time. A friend recommended that I take something but I ignored him since I never had a problem. I thought that Jaguar had something similar in NJ and New Orleans .

Hope you're right and they come back to the US. I was planning on upgrading to the full 3 days instead of the 1 they give. Fingers crossed!

It's not an academy but some Jaguar dealerships hold track events that you can attend. I just got an email from my dealership in Newport Beach for an event at Chuckwalla in October that I am planning to attend.

I have participated in several Hooked On Driving events and really like them because you're not locked into any particular driving level. Have participated with SoCal Audi Club many, many times as a friend is President, and more a small annual fee to the Audi Club, anyone can participate.
