I am not familiar with any of those but have used Paul's Motor Car Service several times, but not for my F-Type. I had work done on a Volvo and a Lexus there. No issues, but I had pretty basic stuff done. You may want to add Eurospeed Motor Werks to your list. No experience with them but they specialize in sports cars and imports.

I polled several members in the area for a good indy shop and came up with zilch. I also posted to the forum in the past and also came up with nothing.
