Default Possible dead battery issue

I tried to open my car door this afternoon by pressing the little button on the door handle and it didn't work so I tried the button on the key fob as well, still no good. Tried both keys as well as tried opening the trunk.

I took the small metal key out of the key fob and tried unlocking the door that way and it turns but doesn't unlock the door.

To add to the fail, my manual is in the glove box.

Please help!

can't really help but if you are looking for the manual, the sticky how to thread has links to the PDF version of the manual so you can try to follow those instructions.
