Looks like not a single delivery to the US as of yet. I check in here regularly hoping for some good news. So frustrating!

 

I got a message today from Gabrielle at Revolution saying the some US customers have started receiving their orders and have been posting the the Facebook groups. Anyone in here get theirs?

 

Nothing here. Hopefully they are too busy installing their new grills to check in on this thread.

 

Does anyone have any updates on the grills ETA?? Was thinking about possibly placing an order but not after reading all the false promises.

No word for USA even after a few emails. Thinking about just asking over FB on their page. Just need to create a profile now.

 

I ordered Nov 18. And got a response from Carl. I’m going to share it. I’m going to give it a little more time before I call my CC company and consider this fraud.

 

I hope it works out.. That’s a whole lot of back and forth with nothing concrete. To me it sounds like a whole lot of BS. Big stall tactic hoping people don’t all cancel their orders at once. I’ve never seen anything like that (shipments being held up in so many places). I wonder if there is anyone in the UK on the forum that wouldn’t mind taking a swing by their facility and seeing the progress and how legit they really are. Just my .02

 

I’ve been getting parts for my TVR from the UK for the past couple of months and it’s been taking from 3 days to a little over a week for shipping. It’s been a month since I was told I would get tracking info for the grill, I’m going to give a couple of weeks then I’ll start a PayPal dispute since it’s been six months since I ordered what was represented as “in stock”

 

I gave up waiting about a month ago. When I disputed it thru PayPal they would not even answer. Eventually PayPal found in my favor and refunded me the money. I found it strange and uncomfortable that they wouldn't return any of my emails even when I tried to contact they directly thru PayPal. My concern for the folks that ordered the grill is not getting a refund because the time limits to filing a dispute either with PayPal or thru a credit card company. BE CAREFUL DON'T WAIT TOO LONG.

 

I reached out to the contact email listed on their site a couple weeks ago asking if they were actually in stock and ready for shipment as listed on the product page. Haven’t gotten a response and I’m not going to bother ordering based on everything outlined here.

It would be great if it was an actual product you could buy and receive, but looks like they aren’t interested in the second half of that equation.

 

Just submitted for PayPal refund. Too bad, was really looking forward to this...

FYI if you ordered in Sept 2021, cutoff for reimbursement/chargeback is February 2022.

 

Can anyone confirm that a single order has delivered in the US? (excluding the prototype which was passed around for test fitting).

Haven't gotten a response in months after a few emails and even messaging on FB. At this point its looking like a scam to me.

 

My last piece of information from the UK is that they are still waiting for a container with all the parts in there. Then I get the goods to Germany.
