no it still requires some cutting to make it work but outside of making your own like @Therock88 did or painting it. You are limited.

Please what is the current status? Is there ANY decent quality solution to convert to P7-style grille with sensors?

I'm a bit confused. Do the PDC holders come onto the grille from the front or should they be pushed through the grille from behind?
