Default Question on adding flasher to third brake light on convertible

I want to add one of those flashing units to my third brake lights for the light flashes momentarily before going solid. Does anybody know on the convertible trunk which wire leads to that led high mounted brake light?
Also when I pulled off the upholstery panel under the trunk I see that the AM/FM radio antenna has a bunch of modules there but I couldn't identify this one module in the photo attached, any thoughts?

Does the PINNED topic "How To Guides & Information" have wiring diagrams? (the first few pages might have old invalid links so skip past a few).

Don't hit me, but my first thought regards the blinking CHMSL blink was "just hit the pedal a couple times before final application".
That might serve as a back-up ABS system, too.

WAG on the pictured component: SiriusXM receiver?

Man, I did this a few years ago on my SVR convertible. I seem to remember the wires being buried inside the trunk lid and being accessed through a cutout. I'm sorry that I can't remember specifics and save you time, but just know that it is possible and I did it simply by exploring - I had no real direction from any sources. If a simpleton like me can do it, so can you!

Thank you for the confirmation. I was concerned that I would have to pop off the entire brake light / spoiler assembly.

Argh, I'm so mad at myself for not writing down the process I used. But, now that you say that I think that's exactly what I did. I removed the spoiler (I have an SVR, so I had to turn on the car and raise the spoiler to expose the 4 bolts), and then I removed the next layer that has the leaper on it - probably different for the other kind of spoiler), and then the brake light assembly, although everything is simply bolted on - no fussy clips to wrestle with. I seem to remember the access cutout a bit to the right of center when you are standing at the back of the car. I just don't remember if that cutout was underneath the spoiler, brake assembly, or if I got to it through the underside of the trunk lid - I do remember removing those plastic handholds (that you use to close the trunk lid) as well. Anyway, the cutout was small, maybe a few inches wide and I was able to tap into the brake light cable and fed the blinking module into that access port as well. It wasn't that bad of a project - hopefully you'll pull it off and can then remind me of how to get there!

Thanks, once I dig into it I"ll post the info and photos here. Currently she's in the shop getting new brakes and hopefully will be home for Christmas.

Okay, so I raised the rear spoiler and there's a plastic clipped cover on the brake light that you can pry off. After that there's four hex headed screws that you can unscrew and then the third brake light can be popped off from the body surface. Once flipped over, you'll see a simple two-wire connector which can be pulled off of the brake light housing.
