I just bought a used 2014 V8S Convertible. Third car, toy, summer only here in Michigan. For a '14, looks and feels brand spanking new. 17k miles. With the top down, it is ridiculous. I am brand new to anything even close to this much power, but I am glad I went for the V8, because, I can!

With great power comes great responsibility.

I'm a native Michigander (South Haven).

I got my R in June last year and put it away for the winter in October.

Took it out for the first time this year today, and I had forgotten how fun this car is to drive! The power on tap and the sound it makes....

Still have a big stupid smile on my face

Unfortunately the roads are still full of dirt and sand/stones, and temperature is only just above freezing, so the rear tires did strugle to get grip. Can't wait for the roads to clean up and some warmer weather...

I was also considering an S and/or awd, but ended up with a slightly used and well kept rwd R and I could not be more happy. This is a car that I plan holding on to for many years to come, and it's not my everyday car, so the rwd R is perfect for my use.

Congrats and welcome! Have the same year and model. You will have a blast just keep track as the rear end loves to go into 'passing the front" mode if your not careful! But oh what fun it can be.

Now for your newbie scolding...PICTURES PLEASE!!!!!
