WoW. Now that is informative…. I-80 only runs about 3,000 miles across the US from coast to coast and we are left to guess at precisely where you entered it and saw the red Jag…. How relevant…..

I believe it to be the same red F Type I saw this morning on on Channel 7 News! Small world, although I am colorblind....It could have been gray too. Nevermind!

Mate, I'm a red f Type owner and I reckon it looks so fantastic that it is worth a thread when sighted in the wild. I cant blame you for missing some details from your initial post, the beauty of that car is enough to make me a little distracted as well.

But it wasnt me that you saw, unfortunately, I'm a half a world away regardless of where it was on your i 80.

I saw a red F-Type convertible this morning on a TV commercial: some actor/comedian whose name I can't remember promoting something I wasn't paying attention to.

I saw that too. It was an advertisement pedaling some prescriptive med that you should talk to your Doc about....I believe it was targeting Corvette and Porsche owners! Free Doctors' sample when you trade your ride in and purchase a RED F-TYPE!

Occasionally on 80. Red vert. Salsa! But my license plate betrays me. I have seen our man takeapieandrun, mostly because his car is remarkable (and gorgeous) w a light blue wrap.

But honestly, I do see quite a few f-types in my area and flash them the peace sign when I can. Its not so much a novelty around my neck of the woods.

I prefer the 1-90 runway... Italian racing red... very few F types around here. Met a gray V8 auto up near Winona,mn That gent is extremely fast!
