If you are prepared to spend that much on maintenance annually, why not just purchase a new one? Then you we be guaranteed no repairs or maintenance for a long time.

Or you could do what I did and go the Doug DeMuro route if you're in The States. Wait till one pops up on CarMax, have it transferred to you and give them ~$3k for the 5-year 100k bumper-to-bumper warranty.
