Hello, does anyone know if there is a remote start product for the 2014 f-type for those of us without incontrol apps?
Ideally using an iPhone for remote start.
I know years ago (2014) there was not, I was hoping with new technology maybe someone developed for 2014 f-type cars.

I am surprised that no one has delved into the world of remote start for an f type.

 

Our Maser has remote start but to be honest I forget i have it. It's nice to hear the startup exhaust from out side the car, it roars. The best use here is to start air con as soon as possible, 107 today!

 

I have a 2015 F-Type R and have determined that Compustar / Firstech does not support remote start for the car. Recently installed that system in a 2017 Lexus and the Compustar system, with the Drone module supporting iPhone control, is a very well designed system and beats the factory remote start hands down. Really wish I could install this for my F-Type, both to pre-cool as needed, but also to allow me to remote start to keep the battery in good condition when I'm not driving it for longer stretches...
