Yes, I've driven it many times since this message appeared. The app won't let me set a wake up timer either. If I get this working, I'll remember to set the timer going forward. I see another poster listed the phone number for the In Control customer service. I'll try calling them next to see if they can help me.

So, a 2017 is going to have a 3g module that is now operating on what ever 2g is left. My 2016 is working mostly.

By “lapsing “ I mean the subscription lapsed and tried to kick me out. I resubscribed but the car wouldn’t reconnect until JLRNA forced the car off the profile, which didn’t happen until 4 days afterwards. I went to the dealership because they might have been able to force the profile account to remove the car but by the time I got there the NA force had worked. It’s helpful to have the dealer put the car back on the profile account.
